Stuart B. Cherney,
M.D.
Dr.
Stuart Cherney received his medical degree in 1977
from the Albany Medical College, and subsequently completed a
residency in orthopaedics at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. His post-doctoral training included a Fellowship at the
prestigious Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Knee &
Sports Medicine. Practicing since 1983, Dr. Cherney is board-certified
in orthopaedic surgery
and specializes in Sports Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Cherney is the Chief
of Orthopaedics at the North Shore Surgi-Center Inc. in
Smithtown, NY. He also is on staff at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of
Orthopaedics at the Stony Brook University School of Medicine. As Adjunct
Assistant Professor in the School of Health, Technology and
Management he is the medical director of the Athletic Training and
Education Program at Stony Brook University.
Dr. Cherney is the Head Team Physician for
all Varsity Teams at Stony Brook University and Orthopedic consultant to
St. Joseph's and Suffolk Community Colleges. He has been
a
Staff Physician for the New York Empire
State Games for the past 20 years.
Dr. Cherney maintains a number of professional

Robin J.
Kammerer, R.P.A.-C
Robin J. Kammerer is a Physician
Assistant who has been affiliated with All-Sport Orthopaedics for
eight years. Robin attended Hofstra University where she
majored in Exercise Physiology and minored in Athletic Training and
Psychology. During her time at Division I Hofstra University,
she played Field Hocky and Lacrosse.
After graduation, she pursued a career as a Physician Assistant. She attended the
Weill Medical College of Cornell University where her clinical
rotations focused on orthopaedic surgery. Robin is a certified
Physician Assistant through the National Commission of Physician
Assistants and has earned special recognition for achievements in and
knowledge of surgery and is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
